Returns Policy
We accept returns for change of mind for a store credit. We do not offer refunds unless an item arrives faulty or damaged. All returned items will receive a store credit valid for 12 months.
To lodge a return please email info@loleswim.com with the following details:
- Order number
- Item to be returned
- Reason for return
Please allow up to 2 business days for each individual inquiry.
Please carefully note, you have 14 days from the date you received your order to lodge a return request.
The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, with tags and the hygiene liner still attached, and no odours (including perfumes). If these conditions are not met, the return will be rejected and returned to you at your own expense.
You are responsible for all shipping costs if you decide to return your item/s. Lolé Swim is not responsible for any lost or damaged items when returning.
