Returns Policy

To lodge a return please email info@loleswim.com with the following details: order number, item to be returned, and reason. Please allow up to 2 business days for each individual inquiry. 

We accept returns for change of mind, size changes and style changes in exchange for a store credit only. We do not offer refunds unless an item arrives faulty or damaged. Due to high demand we do not offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee that the item/s will be in stock once we receive your return. All returned items will automatically receive a store credit valid for 12 months which can be used storewide, online only.

Please carefully note, you have 14 days from the date you placed your order to lodge a return request. The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, with tags and the hygiene liner still attached, and no odours (including perfumes). If these conditions are not met, the return will be rejected and returned to you at your own expense.

You as the customer are responsible for all shipping costs if you decide to return your item/s. Please allow up to 3 business days from when your return is received at our warehouse for your store credit to be issued. Lolé Swim is not responsible for any lost or damaged items when returning.

Please be mindful that any sale items are final sale price and last chance purchase, they will not be restocked for future and cannot be returned.

If you purchase your item during a storewide discount or sales promotion period and would like to return your item, we will provide you with a store credit of the amount paid at the time of purchase. If an item is purchased during a sales promotion period and is returned for a credit, any replacement items will need to be re-purchased at the value they are listed for on our site at the time of re-purchase.

If you place your first order using our welcome discount code and would like to return your item in exchange for a store credit, we will honour the 20% discount off your first second order in this instance. Please contact us at info@loleswim.com and we will provide you with a new one time use code for your second order to be used in conjunction with your store credit.

If you place an order with any other discount code applied and would like to return your item in exchange for a store credit, we will honour the discount off your order for this instance. Please contact customer service info@loleswim.com and we will provide you with a new discount code.
